Pilates Mat
A series of deep core strengthening exercises on the mat developed by Joseph Pilates. Increases strength, improves posture, balance, flexibility and lengthens the spine
Pilates Reformer
Pilates exercises on the popular Reformer machines. Limited to a maximum of 4 participants. Reservations are required.
Beginner’s Boot Camp
Designed for individuals who feel deconditioned when it comes to physical activity, this class will jump start a fitness program for you. Lots of individual attention including a postural alignment analysis and follow ups will insure that you gain confidence and strength to move to the next level. Focus will be on form, alignment, developing core strength and flexibility. Sessions are ongoing. Please call for information.
Personal Training
One on one or small group training in Pilates, Athletic Conditioning, Rehabilatation,Weight Loss, Yoga, Tai Chi , and Dance are available by appointment. Call for details.
