Pilates Reformer

Pilates exercises on the popular Reformer machines. Limited to a maximum of 4 participants. Reservations are required.

Core Conditioning

Suitable for beginners and people with injuries. Decrease neck, back, shoulder pain. Improve alignment and range of motion.

Personal Training/Functional Strength Building

One on one or small group training in Pilates, Athletic Conditioning, Rehabilatation,Weight Loss, Yoga, Tai Chi , and Dance are available by appointment. Call for details.
