You will work with free weights, physioballs, bands and a blend of yoga, pilates and dance movements to achieve the results you desire. Our trainers focus on toning your muscles, not "bulking" them up.


Train with a Method Pilates instructor on the reformer, cadillac and wunda chair. Pilates works the deeper core muscles to achieve efficient and graceful movement, improve alignment, breathing and body awareness. Enjoy simultaneous stretching and strengthening in a non-impact, balanced system of mind/body exercises.
